Thinking Well Supports Being Well!Have you ever noticed that people who are ill think they are ill? And that people who are well think they are well? While that certainly seems to make sense, we have come to believe that the "thought to be cause" is actually the "effect" and the "thought to be effect" is the "cause." Huh? Most people believe they are ill because they are ill. We believe they are ill because they believe they are ill. And, conversely, people are well because they believe they are well. Certainly, you must take care of yourself to be well. You must eat right... You must get the proper amount of exercise... You must get the right amount of rest...
