If you don't have your health...
...you have nothing!
We try to stay fit and healthy by eating right and exercising.
Sometimes that isn't always easy, but we do our best. We love hiking around all
of the wonderful trails in Arizona, not only for the exercise, but to enjoy the
fantastic scenery.
In addition, we make every effort to visit our local fitness
center a couple of times a week. This helps us stay in shape and ready for those
hikes when we can get out. As noted on the Body
Building page, we are not really into body building, but this site has some
excellent information for your workout program.
One other thing we have found that helps keep us healthy is
Thinking Healthy!
This may sound crazy, but let me tell you It Works!
Getting your thinking headed in the right direction will not only support better
physical health, but most certainly will improve your mental health and your
total outlook on life!
